Pacific Allied Products manufactures plastic containers using a two-step process. In the first step, plastic pellets are measured, melted, and molded into preforms (center of picture). The preforms are clear, unless color is added as a decorative measure. In the second step, the
preforms are heated, stretched, and inflated to the shape of the desired plastic container or bottle. Pacific Allied Products' new manufacturing plant will enable the production of more than two hundred million containers annually.
